Our Vision Statement

We want everyone to achieve irrespective of social background, gender, disability, ethnicity or faith. We want to equip everyone at the school to be happy, life-long, enterprising learners who make a positive difference to their community, country and the wider world.

Our Aims

At St. Julian’s Primary school, we aim to enable our pupils to become:

  • Ambitious, capable learners who are ready to learn throughout their lives.
  • Enterprising, creative contributors who are ready to play a full part in life and work.
  • Ethical, informed citizens who are ready to be citizens of Wales and the world.
  • Healthy, confident individuals who are ready to lead fulfilling lives as valued members of society.

We desire that this be achieved in a happy, secure and stimulating environment, and that pupils’ learning is relevant to  their needs.

We desire that all staff have opportunities to develop professionally and to work as part of a team in which each member supports the others’ development.
