Our Aims

At St. Julian’s Primary school, we aim to enable our pupils to:

  • become confident, enterprising and effective life-long learners
  • to have respect for others
  • to be able to communicate effectively
  • to be literate and numerate
  • to become active and responsible members of their local community
  • to have an understanding of the world around them and how the world has developed
  • to be culturally aware
  • to understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle
  • to be aware of the spiritual dimension of life
  • to be digitally competent and confident
  • to develop a love of the Welsh language and culture

We desire that this be achieved in a happy, secure and stimulating environment, and that pupils’ learning is relevant to  their needs.

We desire that all staff have opportunities to develop professionally and to work as part of a team in which each member supports the others’ development.
