We are very grateful for the continued support of Nisa Local, located opposite our school. Shanti and the team work closely with St Julian’s Primary and are always incredibly welcoming and supportive of our pupils and wider school community.
The store provides our children with valuable opportunities to take their learning beyond the classroom. We regularly visit with groups of pupils to practise using money and develop their maths skills in a real-life context, while the in-store Post Office gives children the opportunity to write and post their own letters as part of their learning.
Nisa Local also supports our school financially through the Making a Difference Locally (MADL) scheme, helping us to provide additional opportunities and resources for our pupils.
We are delighted to have such a supportive local business right on our doorstep and would like to say a huge thank you to Shanti and the whole Nisa Local team for everything they do for our school and our children.
