What a fantastic first half term we have had with our nursery friends! Our nursery children have settled into their new routines very well and enjoy exploring the nursery environment and new activities that are on offer daily. The children have been developing skills, making new friends and diving straight into the engaging themes.

We started off by exploring the beautiful autumn treasures that this season has brought us. Our favourite focus was definitely the pumpkins! We explored textures, the inside of the pumpkin, used them to participate in role play activities in our ‘Pumpkin patch’ and made a delicious pumpkin soup. There were so many opportunities for the children to explore, be curious and most importantly, have lots of fun!

We have really enjoyed our first half term. We are so excited to welcome everyone back in Autumn B!
