Reception Pupils went to Greenmeadow Farm in Cwmbran for their Christmas trip this year. The sun shone all day for them as they watched an animal Nativity story, had a bumpy tractor ride, fed some extremely friendly goats and paid a visit to a very special Father Christmas. His grotto was magical and full of snow, fairy lights and presents for the children. The Reception topic next term is ‘Ar y Fferm’ (On the Farm), so it was fantastic for them to have real life experience of what goes on at the farm!
