Year 2 have been learning about Chinese New Year this week. Today we had a party to end the week. We had so much fun! Some of us had the opportunity to dress up in traditional Chinese clothing. We ate some delicious food like prawn crackers and toast, chicken satays, spring rolls, wontons and duck spring rolls. We even had a go at using chopsticks to eat the food but found it quite tricky! We listened to traditional Chinese music and played the drums. We have had a fantastic time celebrating Chinese New Year and we have learnt so much! Check out dojo for more photographs.
