Some of our Year 6 Pupils had a great time playing Monopoly, today. One of our parents, Mrs Laister, works for Hasbro Games and kindly donated us a Monopoly board game… not just any version of the Monopoly game though, it was a unique one that our children designed themselves. The street names from the original version were replaced with streets from around Newport and Mr Rees’ Office even featured as one of the properties. We had great fun playing it, even though one team ended up in ‘Jail’ for most of the game and went bankrupt several times! We’re really grateful to Hasbro for donating it to us and we’re sure there will be many more hours of fun using it!
